Sumatra Koperasi Organic Gayo Grade 1 (Italian Dark Roast)

Lots of deep and earthy flavors in this coffee along with notes of dark chocolate. If you like a really strong flavor to your coffee, this is a great landing place.

 

While still a smooth cup of coffee, it has a stronger flavor than our Lucy's Dark Coffee blend. So, if you are torn between the 2 options, this may be it if you want that stronger flavor.

 

Sumatran coffee is usually best at darker roast levels and makes a great espresso, drip coffee with cream, or a French press.
