Notes of milk chocolate, cane sugar, and dried fruit.

 

Roasted to a medium roast, this Costa Rica does well as brewed coffee or espresso shots.

- Altitude: 1200-1750 Meters

- Various Small Holder farms, processed at San Diego Mill

- Honey Process (mixture of wet and dry processing)

- Caturra and Catuai Cultivars
